Working Principle of Mobile Jaw Crusher Plant

The tire-type mobile jaw crusher station is equipped with the European Tech. jaw crusher or traditional jaw crusher, vibrating feeder and belt conveyor. The raw materials are loaded into the hopper by wheel loader and fall into the vibrating feeder. Some fine materials fall into the discharge belt through the grizzly of the vibrating feeder and are sent to the material pile. The large materials are evenly fed into the jaw crusher through the vibration of the feeder. The crushed materials fall into the belt conveyor and are then sent to other mobile crushing and screening equipment to complete the initial coarse crushing operation.
